RULES COMMITTEE
Chair – Andres & Jen
The Rules and Bylaws Committee notes the updates needed to the community’s Rules and Bylaws. It creates revised drafts regularly, either when numerous updates and changes are required or ahead of the organization’s annual general meeting. The committee follows the same process for updates as it does for the original draft by reworking wording where necessary, circulating the revised version, and tabling it for approval at a board meeting. The bylaws should specify whether board approval is sufficient for minor changes or if the revised bylaws require member adoption before implementing the changes.
