My name is Daniel Pico, and I am honored to serve as the Vice President of the Board of Directors for our Courtyard community. My family and I have been proud residents since 2014 and homeowners on Vineyard Circle since 2017. My wife, Evelyn, and I, along with our daughter, Daniella, have built incredible friendships and cherished memories here. Watching Daniella grow and thrive in Weston has been one of our greatest joys.
Professionally, I am a Certified Financial Planner with over 20 years of experience in financial services. Currently, I work with Singer Wealth Advisors, a boutique Registered Investment Advisory firm in Boca Raton. My career began in New York in 2003, and in 2014, we relocated to South Florida to embrace new opportunities and the exceptional lifestyle of this area.
My journey to the Board began with a casual Saturday afternoon conversation by the pool with neighbors. We discussed the strengths of our community but also shared concerns that needed addressing. That conversation sparked the creation of the Community Chat, which has become a vital platform for engagement and collaboration.
As Vice President, my focus is on addressing the needs of our neighborhood with transparency, collaboration, and action. I am committed to fostering a safer, more connected, and vibrant community for all residents, especially our children. Key priorities include improving security, enhancing transparency, resolving parking challenges, and addressing other areas identified through ongoing discovery and feedback.
It is a privilege to work alongside our dedicated Board and community members as we strive to make Courtyard an even better place to call home. Thank you for your continued support and involvement as we work together to create a brighter future for all.
