Parking:
Goals:
  1. Register all vehicles in Courtyard.  Status: Completed June 2025 
  2. Create a permanent parking plan that benefits residents while limiting parking enforcement costs and towing and maintaining the community curb appeal. Conduct survey/ poll of residents before finalizing plan. Status: continuing to evaluate additional parking options goal to find alternative solutions by September.
Safety & Security:
Goals:
  1. Open school crossing gates to allow students ease of access to and from school. Status: COMPLETED January 2025.
  2. Return security patrol at targeted limited hours. Select vendor. Status: Completed. 
  3. Replace Envera with the new Gate system. Completed . Saved $$10,573.08 by terminating early.  
  4. Trap gate: finalize install of trap gate to prevent tailgating. Status:  The city has approved all permits. Installation is up next- to be completed by September 2025.
  5. Install additional security cameras as the gates: To be completed August 2025.
Maintenance:
Goals:
  1. Remove rust in the community to improve curb appeal. Status: pending electrical pump to install to power the rust off system: completion target date : Completed March  2025 
  2. Pavement: repave entire community: Tabled until Berm issue is resolved.  Current estimate is $497,000 .
  3. Conduct monthly walk through to identify and fix maintenance issues throughout the community. Status: Completed monthly (potholes, sidewalks, community drainage, Fire suppression system). 
  4. Painting Homes: Tabled until Berm issue is resolved.   Current estimate is $575,000 .
  5. Aging roofs: evaluate various roofing vendors to provide a group rate to residents for roof repairs expected within the next 3-5 years.  Status: Two vendors identified, roof approvals being completed by Arc Committee timely. 
  6. Pool furniture Repairs: Status Completed July 2025. 
  7. Tree trimming: to be completed late August/September (palms) and April (hardwoods). 
  8. Backflow and fire suppression systems reviewed for repairs compliance reported to the City: Status: Completed and repairs are ongoing through the end of this year.

  3. Renegotiated Insurance Rates:  Savings over $40K
